⚠️ Deposit addresses received in a Crypto Bot wallet should only be used to send the cryptocurrencies designated when the address is received to them via designated blockchain networks.
They are also not the addresses from which coins will be sent when creating a withdrawal, because the Crypto Bot wallet is custodial.
To receive cryptocurrencies to your wallet inside Crypto Bot via a send from another wallet or service:
Open the Crypto Bot app by selecting 📱Open in App from the @CryptoBot main menu.
If you can't see the main menu or are in a different section of the menu, send a /start message to the bot or select Open Main Menu from the message form menu to open the main menu.
You can also open the web version of the wallet, which is available at https://app.send.tg.
To use it, you will need to authorize through your Telegram account.
2. Select Deposit after opening the application.
3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to send.
4. Select the network through which to send if multiple blockchain networks are available for this cryptocurrency.
⚠️ Make sure that the network you will use to send coins matches the network selected when you received the deposit address in this step. Coins sent through the wrong network cannot be returned.
If there is only one blockchain network available for the selected cryptocurrency through which deposits are accepted, no network selection will be offered.
In this case, the supported network for such cryptocurrency, through which you need to send deposits to your Crypto Bot wallet, will be specified at the next step of receiving the deposit address under the QR code for the deposit address.
5. Selecting 📑 Copy, copy your deposit address.
Selecting ⤵️ Share will send the deposit address to one of your Telegram contacts.
Also, to fill in the address field in another wallet or service, you can scan the shown QR code, if this feature is supported there.
6. Send the selected cryptocurrency through the selected blockchain network from another wallet or service to your deposit address.
⚠️ Make sure you are sending the correct cryptocurrency to the correct deposit address and that the blockchain network selected for sending matches the network selected when receiving the address in Crypto Bot. Sending the wrong coin, sending through the wrong network, or sending to the wrong address may result in the loss of the funds sent.
⚠️ Please note that there may be a minimum deposit amount for some cryptocurrencies. This means that only deposits sent in one transaction with an amount at least equal to the minimum amount can be processed.
If no minimum amount is specified, you can send any amount.
Because Crypto Bot deposit addresses are personal, adding a note (memo, comment, tag) to the transaction is not required to process the deposit. If the memo field is mandatory when creating a withdrawal in the wallet or service you are sending from, you can specify any short text.
7. Wait for your transaction to complete.
The coins will be credited to your wallet balance as soon as the sent transaction is completed, receives the required amount of network confirmation and is processed by the deposit system.
