If you want to send deposits to your Crypto Bot wallet not to the same address, but to different deposit addresses, for example, due to privacy issues or if you cannot use the previously received address, you can get additional deposit addresses.
⚠️ A fee of 5 USD is charged for the creation of one additional address. It can be paid with any cryptocurrency on your wallet. The operation of creating an additional address cannot be canceled to refund the commission.
All previous and new additional addresses will continue to be active for accepting deposits at the same time and available in the address list if you do not delete them.
1. Open the Crypto Bot app by selecting 📱 Open in App from the main menu @CryptoBot.
You can also open the web version of the wallet, which is available at https://app.send.tg.
To use it, you will need to authorize through your Telegram account.
2. Select Deposit.
3. Select a cryptocurrency for which you want to get an additional address.
4. Select the network through which your deposit will be sent, if multiple blockchain networks are available for this cryptocurrency.
⚠️ Make sure that the network you select at this step is the same as the network selected when you receive the address to which the withdrawal will be made. Deposit coins through the wrong network may result in the loss of your funds in some cases.
5. Click + Generate New Address if you have not already created additional addresses for the selected blockchain network.
If you have already created additional addresses for the selected network, you need to click My Addresses and then Generate New Address.
6. Confirm the payment for creating an additional address.
If you want to pay the creation fee with a different coin, select Change asset.
