To withdraw coins to another wallet:
If you want to send cryptocurrency from your Crypto Bot wallet to another Crypto Bot or Telegram user, we recommend using checks for instant transfer with no withdrawal fees.
1. Open the Crypto Bot app by selecting 📱 Open in App from the main menu @CryptoBot.
You can also open the web version of the wallet, which is available at https://app.send.tg.
To use it, you will need to authorize through your Telegram account.
2. Select ↗️Withdraw.
3. Set a passcode for confirming withdrawal transactions if you are making a withdrawal for the first time, have not yet set or reset a previously set passcode.
If you have already set up a passcode, skip to step 4 below.
⚠️ Never save your passcode on the device where you are using Crypto Bot, or in any messages or notes inside Telegram. Also, never share it with others or enter it in any third-party bots or websites.
After entering your password, enter your backup email. It will help you restore access if you forget the passcode.
⚠️Make sure you use a personal email account and that it will be available to receive code emails to confirm code-password reset in the future.
In the e-mail received from Crypto Bot ([email protected]) to the specified mail, copy the code for backup mail confirmation and specify it in the next step of mail confirmation.
Go to @CryptoBot to confirm the code-password setting.
You can also set up transaction confirmation using biometrics: Face ID or Touch ID, instead of entering a numeric password.
To do this, open the Crypto Bot app on your mobile device and go to Settings by tapping the three dots in the top right corner.
Then select Security and activate the Biometrics option.
4. Select a cryptocurrency to withdraw.
5. Select the network through which your withdrawal will be sent, if multiple blockchain networks are available for this cryptocurrency.
⚠️ Make sure that the network you select at this step is the same as the network selected when you receive the address to which the withdrawal will be made. Withdrawing coins through the wrong network may result in the loss of your funds in some cases.
If there is only one blockchain network available for the selected cryptocurrency through which withdrawals are available, no network selection will be offered.
The network supported for such cryptocurrency, via which withdrawal from Crypto Bot will be made, will be specified at the next step of specifying the recipient's wallet address and withdrawal amount.
6. Enter the address of the wallet to which you want to send the withdrawal.
7. Select the amount.
The amount available for withdrawal shown at the top of the form is displayed with the withdrawal fee included.
The withdrawal will be sent exactly for the amount you specify at this step. You do not need to add the withdrawal fee amount to the desired withdrawal amount.
If you want to specify the full amount available, use the Max option on the right side of the field to specify the amount.
8. Add a comment to be attached to your withdrawal transaction by clicking + Add Comment if necessary.
⚠️ If the exchange or other service you are withdrawing to requires adding a comment to the transaction (memo, tag, comment, note) to process the deposit, be sure to add a comment at this stage.
Usually such a comment is generated when receiving the recharge address and consists of a few digits. Make sure to add only the digits themselves, without any other words or characters.
If third-party services do not practice adding comments for recharge processing for the selected network, then adding a comment will not be available.
9. Press the CONTINUE button after setting all parameters to go to confirmation of the withdrawal.
10. Check the correct specification of the cryptocurrency, network to send the transaction, recipient's address, withdrawal amount and click CONTINUE.
If all details are correct, click CONFIRM, and then enter your passcode to confirm operations to complete creating and sending the withdrawal.
11. After the withdrawal is processed and the transaction is sent to the network, you will be notified of the sending on the page that appeared after the withdrawal was confirmed, as well as in the form of a message to @CryptoBot.
If you have closed this page, you can also view the withdrawal parameters, its status and transaction information by opening the detailed withdrawal information in the wallet's transaction history section.
To do this, open the Crypto Bot application and scroll down the wallet section to view the transaction history.
The page with full information about the transaction in the blockchain browser, can be accessed by clicking on the link under Transaction.
