With the 💠P2P Market in Crypto Bot, you have the ability to quickly and easily buy one of the listed cryptocurrencies through orders with other users paying with common money.
You can send payment in any suitable way (for example, through a transfer to a bank card or sending in the selected payment system) to the details of the seller.
⚠️ Please note that orders should only be done via 💠P2P Market in @CryptoBot with sending to the details provided in the transaction information after the order is accepted by the seller.
If you are suggested to make an order in private messages, transfer coins after payment by check or sending to the address after sending payment, getting a discount for buying on the specified ad or other suspicious schemes - do not accept and do not follow any instructions. Always follow the transaction procedure.
To make an order and buy the coins:
Below are instructions on how to buy coins instantly from sellers' already posted offers.
If you want to make an order with your own price and conditions, you can create your own offer to buy. In this case, you will need to wait for someone willing to make an order with you on your terms.
1. Open the 💠P2P section in the @CryptoBot main menu.
You can also open the 💠P2P section immediately by sending a /p2p message command to the bot or by selecting Buy and Sell Crypto from the message form menu.
2. Click to the 📈Buy.
3. Select the local national currency for which you want to make purchase.
If you have already gone to P2P and selected a local currency before, this choice will not be offered.
You can always change the local currency to view the P2P Market and make orders in another national currency and with other payment methods.
4. Choose one of the posted cryptocurrencies you want to buy.
For each cryptocurrency, the list shows from left to right its name and ticker symbol, the most favorable price, and the number of posted offers from those wishing to sell the selected cryptocurrency.
Note that Crypto Bot and P2P Market are custodial services, so there is no separation of cryptocurrencies within them into separate networks if they run in multiple blockchain networks at the same time.
The balance and transactions will simply use the name or symbol of the cryptocurrency, and in the case of creating a withdrawal, it will already be possible to choose the network where you want to receive these coins if multiple networks are supported for the coin.
For example, when buying Tether (USDT), your balance will be just USDT, but when creating a withdrawal you will be able to select the TRON network to get USDT-TRC20, the Ethereum network to get USDT-ERC20, the TON network to get USDT-TON or the Solana network to get USDT-SPL.
5. Select the payment method you want to use for the order.
⚠️ Make sure you have chosen the correct payment method. Transfer for payment should be sent from your account in the selected bank or payment system to the seller's details in the same bank or payment system (except for payment methods that initially imply interbank or other external transfers and deposits. For example, for payment methods: Bank Transfer, Phone Deposit, etc.).
The payment method line to the right of its name also indicates the best price from the posted offers and the number of posted offers from those who want to sell.
6. Specify the amount of the required purchase in the used national currency to get a list of only the offers matching the minimum and maximum transaction amount.
Click the button Filter by Order Amount at the top of the offer list.
Send the amount in local currency you plan to spend to buy cryptocurrency in one transaction.
Don't forget to reset the amount filter or set a different amount for it to view the list of offers or relevant offers for a different amount on your next purchases.

2. Select Remove Filter or send a new message to the bot.
7. Check out the offers available for your amount and select the offer you would like to make an order on by clicking on it.

8. Carefully read the seller's information and the parameters and terms of the transaction that you will need to follow.
9. Select 📈 Buy.
10. Confirm that you have read and agree to the P2P Terms and Conditions of Use if you are starting a transaction for the first time.
11. Set the amount to buy in cryptocurrency.
Or enter amount in your local currency.
12. Select Create Order.
13. Wait for the seller to accept the transaction.
The author of the offer must accept the order within 10 minutes. If this does not happen, the order will be canceled automatically after the time expires.
If you change your mind, you can cancel the order before the time expires.
⚠️ Frequent canceling of orders on your own may result in temporary or permanent restriction of trading.
14. You will receive a notification when the seller approves the order offer. Press 📄View Order to open the order menu.
15. Check the parameters of the order.
⚠️ Make sure that the parameters fixed for the transaction (price per 1 coin, amount of coins to be received, cryptocurrency) are suitable for you. If not, you can select ❌Cancel the transaction to cancel it.
The parameters for the transaction are fixed at the time you submit the transaction request. When a deal offer is accepted by the seller, the buyer must also make sure that the parameters for the deal match those that were appropriate at the time they viewed the offer. Once the transaction is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
If you have questions, need clarification from the seller, or need to send something to the seller, message them through the order messages:
16. If everything is fine, copy the seller's details from the order card by clicking on them.
⚠️ Make sure you copy the details exactly from the order card. Do not use details sent through messages or received elsewhere.
17. Send the specified payment amount to the seller's details via the selected payment method and click Money Sent when your transfer is accepted.
⚠️ Make sure that you have entered the correct amount and seller's details, and that you have followed all instructions and instructions from the seller to make the payment. Sending to the wrong seller's details may result in a loss of funds, and if the conditions are not fulfilled, additional actions may be required or the seller may refuse the transaction.
⚠️ If the transfer has been sent or is pending processing, don't cancel the transaction until the transfer has definitely been rejected or returned by the seller.
18. Wait for the seller to verify receipt of funds and finalize the transaction.
If there are any delays on your side or the seller's side or other problems, contact the seller via order messages to negotiate a suitable way to continue the order.
If your transfer is successful, but the seller does not confirm the completion of the transaction for more than 10 minutes and does not contact you, open a dispute in the order.

Contact support @CryptoSupportBot bot and provide details of the order issue you are having, including your transaction number (it starts with #D...) and attach proof of transfer execution.
⚠️ Make sure you've navigated to the correct support bot via the Write to Support button or the @CryptoSupportBot link to the support bot in the transaction card.
⚠️ Support team will never write to you in private messages from usual Telegram user accounts with offers to cancel a transaction, pass verification, make additional payments, etc.
P2P Market moderators will review the situation, if necessary, contact the parties to the transaction, request additional confirmation or information to make a decision on the dispute.
If the transaction payment was made in accordance with the transaction parameters and terms and the seller has received the funds, the order should be finalized as paid or the seller will have to return the transfer to the sender to cancel the order.
If the dispute was opened by the seller due to no receiving transfer or other reasons, you need to contact support.
When the seller finalizes the order, you will receive a notification that the order has been completed and the coins have been received.
