Choosing the right offer for you is the first step for a successful order to buy or sell cryptocurrency via 💠P2P Market at Crypto Bot.
Use these tips when interacting with offers to make your orders safe, fast and profitable.
1. Make sure you have selected the correct local national currency and payment method.
The Crypto Bot P2P Market places several national currencies at the same time and for each of them a certain set of payment acceptance and sending methods is available.
If you select the wrong national currency rather than the one relevant to you, you will not see the required payment methods. Also in case of crossing of payment methods in different national currencies (for example, if the same bank is available for RUB, USD, EUR at the same time), you may open an order for which payment cannot be sent.
Follow these instructions if you want to check or change the local national currency set for P2P.
2. Use a filter by order amount.
The author of the offer can set the minimum and maximum limits on the amount of one order suitable for him. Also, the available amount of coins at the seller can be limited. It will not be possible to start an order for an amount that does not meet these limits.
Specify the amount to buy or the amount to receive when selling in the used national currency to get a list of only suitable minimum and maximum amount of orders.
To do this:
Click the Filter by Order Amount button at the top of the offer list.
Send the amount in local currency.
Don't forget to reset the amount filter or set a different amount for it to view the list of offers or relevant offers for a different amount on your next purchases.

Click on the filter amount option at the top of the offer list.
Select Remove Filter or send a new amount.
3. Use the relevant sorting of offers.
Offers are sorted by favorable price (most favorable above) and status of the offer author.
The author of the offer can be a regular user or have the status 💎 Verified Merchant. By default, offers of verified merchants will be shown in the list of offers above those of users without this status.
To switch, click on the sort view option at the top of the list to change.
Selecting 💎 Verified Merchant will first display the offers of verified merchants, starting with the most favorably priced, followed by the offers of regular users, also sorted by the most favorable price.
Selecting 📉 Sorting by Price will show all users' offers sorted from the most favorable price, without counting the verified merchant status.
The line of the offer in the list shows from left to right:

4. Pay attention to the special marks.
There can be added certain marks (icons) characterizing the status and features of the user or his previous activity.
You can use such marks as an additional criterion when selecting from several suitable offers.
Diamond 💎 is a verified merchant.
This icon can be shown in the offer line in the list of offers and user's offers. It means that its owner has been verified and has fulfilled other required conditions to prove his reliability.
Verified merchants make a security deposit in case of the need to compensate for losses due to the actions of the verified Merchant, are obliged to respond to the requests of the Takers as soon as possible and not to delay the execution of orders without a valid reason.
If you are a beginner in P2P exchanges or want to conduct orders more quickly and safely with more professional participants, it is recommended to choose offers with this mark.

Lightning ⚡️ - the user quickly fulfills his obligations on the last orders made.
This icon can be shown in the offer line in the user's list of ads and offers, as well as when viewing his/her profile.
Marks:
⚡️ This user (seller) sends cryptocurrency quickly.
Sellers who have sent cryptocurrency to the buyer in less than 3 minutes on average in the last 25 orders receive this mark.
Marks:
⚡️ This user (buyer) is quick to send payment.
Received by buyers who in the last 25 orders sent payment to the seller in less than 7 minutes on average.
Marks:
⚡️ This user sends payment and cryptocurrency quickly.
Gets users if both criteria listed above are met as buyer and seller for recent orders.
If you no longer have this mark displayed as the author of offers, then your statistics for recent orders do not meet the criteria to receive it. Perform the required actions on your part on orders quickly in the following orders to get it again.
Star 🌟 is a Telegram Premium user.
Account owners with a Telegram Premium subscription get a 🌟 icon next to their name or nickname in offers, orders, and profile.
5. Check out the information about the creator of the offer.
For each offer creator, their trading stats for the last 30 days are displayed in the offer itself below their nickname or set name, marked 🏆.
They are included from left to right:
Number of orders created and accepted;
Percentage of successfully completed orders;
Volume of orders made in the last 30 days;
If you click on the nickname of the offer author, you can go to the profile view of the offer author to view expanded information.
You can now choose to view trade statistics for 30 days or all time.
The more orders with a high percentage of successfully completed transactions started by the author of the offer and the larger their volume, the more likely it is that the order started with him will be completed successfully.
We recommend checking the indicators for both periods when reviewing an offer to get a more complete picture.
⚠️ Do not rely solely on the good trading statistics of the other participant in the order when finalizing trades. Always check the actual receipt of the transfer and request additional confirmation if necessary, do not cancel the order if the transfer was sent and not returned.
Also, when viewing a profile, information about how long ago this user last transacted and the date when Crypto Bot started using it is shown.
The longer the author of the offer has been using Crypto Bot, the more reliable, with good trading performance over the last 30 days and all time, it can be considered.
At the bottom of the profile card are the average times for the period selected for viewing, for sending coins to buyers as a seller and sending payment to sellers as a buyer.
You can also read reviews of this user's previous orders by clicking Reviews in the profile menu. Please note that reviews are subjective and they are not checked for truth.
6. Check the parameters set for the order by the author of the offer.
Make sure that the parameters fixed for the order are suitable for you. If some of them do not suit you or do not match your capabilities, you should choose another offer.
Price shows the price the seller is willing to sell or the buyer is willing to pay for a unit of the specified cryptocurrency.
Total volume shows the maximum amount of cryptocurrency available for buying or selling on this offer.
Order Limits shows the minimum and maximum amounts (in cryptocurrency and local currency) that you can buy or sell using this offer.
The selected payment method must be used to send or receive payment, and the Payment time limit shows the time period within which the buyer's payment transfer must be sent.
⚠️ The parameters for the order are fixed at the moment you submit the order. When the offer is accepted by the author, you should also make sure that the parameters suited you. Once the order is finalized, it cannot be canceled.
7. Read additional conditions set by the author of the offer.
The creator of the offer has the possibility to add additional conditions that he/she requires for successful completion of the order, if they do not contradict the rules of P2P Market.
Make sure that these conditions are appropriate for you and that you will be able to fulfill them if you want your order to be successfully completed. Failure to comply with the conditions may result in the order being rejected or delays in completing the order.
