1. Conditions to become a verified merchant.

To become a verified merchant, you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Trading volume: The total trading volume should be at least 50,000 USD.

  • Account age: Your account should be registered for at least 3 months.

  • KYC verification: The Merchant must pass the identification procedure (KYC).

  • Deposit: A deposit of 2000 USDT is required for verification..

  • Clean reputation: The account must not have any violations of platform rules in the last 30 days.

  • Minimum successful orders: You must successfully complete at least 100 orders over the last 30 days.

2. Obtaining the status.

If the user meets all the conditions, then he/she will be able to submit a status application to support. Support will review the application and decide if the status is approved. If the application is accepted, the user becomes a verified merchant. In case of rejection, the user can send a second application not earlier than 10 days from the last attempt.

3. What does verified merchant status give to?

  • Special tag 💎

  • Priority in the list of offers

  • Priority support for disputes

  • Exclusive customer support

  • Exclusive channel access with other verified merchants with early announcements and private contact

4. Loss of verified merchant status.

If a verified merchant tries to cheat the buyer, his account will be blocked immediately. Merchants found to be fraudulent will be blocked without the right to restore the verified merchant status and without refunding the deposit.

5. Cancel the verified merchant status.

A verified merchant can cancel the status himself in his account. In this case, he/she must submit a request for cancellation, which will be considered by the support. If the verified merchant has no violations and there are no open disputes, the support will remove the merchant's status and return the deposit to the user's wallet. You can reapply for a verified merchant only after 10 days.

Any complaints from users about fraud, unfair trading conditions or other violations may be a reason for temporary or permanent removal of merchant status after review by the platform administrator.

6. Refund of deposit

Refund of the deposit is possible if the merchant decides to voluntarily cancel the status or leave the platform, if there are no active violations or investigations at the time of the refund request. In case of violations or active investigations, the platform reserves the right to hold or confiscate the deposit.

7. Rules of communication and interaction

  • Honest execution of orders: Merchant is obliged to comply with the rules of the platform and honestly execute orders in the interest of both parties.

  • Promptness: Merchants are obliged to respond to takers' requests as soon as possible and not to delay execution of orders without a valid reason.

  • It is forbidden to create more than one active offer in one pair for one direction (buying or selling).

8. Platform reserves the right to:

  • Make changes to the terms and conditions of obtaining and keeping the status of a verified merchant without notifying users.

  • Block the merchant's account and confiscate the deposit in case of serious violations, even if it is the first time.

9. A verified merchant must follow the general rules for using the P2P Market.
