Why can’t I deposit or withdraw coins using smart contracts?
Why can’t I deposit or withdraw coins using smart contracts?
Updated over a month ago

At the moment, we cannot process transactions generated by smart contracts. We do not recommend to deposit or withdraw coins using smart contacts (staking, blockchain bridges, cross-chain swaps, etc) as it may result in permanent loss of these coins.

To make a withdrawal to a smart contract address from Crypto Bot, first make a withdrawal from Crypto Bot to the address of your regular non-custodial wallet (software or hardware wallet), and then send coins from that wallet to the required smart contract address.

To deposit coins to a wallet in Crypto Bot to be sent by the smart contract, first use the address of your regular non-custodial wallet (software or hardware wallet) to interact with the smart contract, and then after receiving coins on it, send them from that wallet to your deposit address in Crypto Bot.

If you have not received a deposit sent via smart contract, please contact our support team and provide a link to your transaction from your network explorer.
