⚠️If you lose access to your Telegram account or if your Telegram account is banned or deleted, you permanently lose access to coins stored in your custodial wallet in @CryptoBot.
You can only recover coins by logging into your account with the same Telegram ID you used previously. If your Telegram account got deleted by some mistake and you want to appeal this decision, contact Telegram support or send email to [email protected].
If a Crypto Bot account is of high value, we recommend using this Telegram account only for secure Telegram activity or exclusively for Crypto Bot transactions, and make sure you have access to the phone number it is registered to.
For large amounts and long-term storage, withdrawal to a personal non-custodial program or machine wallet is recommended.
If your account has been deleted or blocked by Telegram and you wish to appeal this, please contact Telegram support.
