If you lose access to your Telegram account or if your Telegram account is banned or deleted, you permanently lose access to coins stored in your custodial wallet in @CryptoBot.

You can only recover coins by logging into your account with the same Telegram ID you used previously. If your Telegram account got deleted by some mistake and you want to appeal this decision, contact Telegram support or send email to [email protected].
