Your bot account is linked to a single Telegram account. You can only access the bot's features through the Telegram account it's linked to. Currently, we don't have the technical capability to identify the bot account owner in any other way or transfer assets from one account to another.

The only solution in this situation is to regain access to your Telegram account (the account with the same Telegram ID) that was previously used.

Our technical team is working on a mechanism for recovering access in case of account loss, but we currently have no information on when it will be available.

We recommend using your Telegram account only for bot operations and ensuring you have access to the phone number it's registered with.

It's important to never lose your Telegram account.
