When using P2P, one of the main elements around which the interaction between the cryptocurrency seller and the buyer is built is the seller's details.
If you manage several details at the same time, correctly added and updated details will help to make transactions faster and more convenient for both parties.
How to add new details
1. Open the 💠P2P section in the @CryptoBot main menu.
You can also open the 💠P2P section immediately by sending a /p2p message command to the bot or by selecting Buy and Sell Crypto from the message form menu.
2. Select the Payment & Currency section.
3. Select Payment Methods.
4. Select Add Payment Details.
5. Select the national currency for which the details to be added are relevant.
6. Select a bank, payment system or payment method that matches your details.
7. Send via message to the bot your details for the chosen payment method.
⚠️ Make sure that you send correct and sufficient details for the transfer, and include with them any additional instructions regarding the execution of the transfer, if necessary.
Providing incorrect or incomplete details, or failing to provide instructions required for the transfer may result in loss of funds.
8. Specify a name for the added details for easier selection when using them.
⚠️ The name is visible only to you when you view the details in the details list. Do not use it to give any information or instructions to the buyer. Provide it in the details themselves along with the card number, account number, phone number, etc., if necessary.
9. The submitted details will be added after the name is sent to your details list. You will be able to select the required details from this list to proceed to renaming or removing them.
When you open the details, the details list will show for them:
Name - the name you specify.
Type - for which payment methods these details can be used.
Currencies - for which national fiat currencies the payment method and viewable details are available.
Details - the details themselves in the form in which they will be seen by the buyer.
Completed transactions - how many transactions have been successfully completed using your details, as well as their volume in national currency.
How to remove details from the list or rename them
Only details that are not used can be deleted. This means that before deleting, you should not have any open orders where you have provided them to the buyer, and offers where the details are selected as a payment method.
You should complete or cancel the order, and disable the corresponding payment method in the offer if you want to delete the details in them.

Select Edit Name.
Send a message to the bot with a new name for the details.
If a name for the details was set earlier, you can also just delete it by selecting Remove name. The list of details will show the payment method and part of the details if there is no name.
The name to be displayed in the list will be changed to the new specified name.
