In what cases verification will be required and how to pass it

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not required to use the basic features of Crypto Bot wallet, including deposits and withdrawals.

But, if you receive deposits of high AML-risk coins that may be associated with questionable sources or illegal transactions, you will be required to undergo KYC verification for compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in order to return these coins to another wallet, and the coins will remain blocked until verified and cannot be used in Crypto Bot in the future.

Verification may also be required to access the use of some Crypto Bot services or some special features within them.

To pass verification:

1. Open the Crypto Bot app by selecting 📱Open in app from the @CryptoBot main menu.

If you can't see the main menu or are in a different section of the menu, send a /start message to the bot.

You can also open the web version of the wallet, which is available at https://app.send.tg.

To use it, you will need to authorize via your Telegram account.

2. Open the app menu and select ⚙️Settings by tapping the three ⋮ dots on the app tab.

3. Select the Verification section.

4. Select Share phone number.

5. Confirm sending the number.

6. Your account's phone number will be sent to the bot and it will respond with a notification that it has been successfully verified.

7. Select Verify ID.

8. Select your country.

9. Read the Privacy Notice and Notification to Processing of Personal Data and then click to Continue.

10. Choose country that gave your document, choose the type of document and click to Continue.

11. Upload a photo of your document, or make a photo by using your camera.

Make sure the photo is of high quality, the document page is fully displayed (all 4 corners are visible), and the information is clearly readable.

If you are using a mobile device, you will also be asked to take a photo using the camera.

If you started the verification process from a device other than a mobile device, but you do not want to upload a photo file but rather take a photo using your camera, select Continue on your phone and follow the instructions to open the verification service on your mobile device.

12. Click to Continue.

If after the document verification is complete, the verification service notifies you that the document could not be verified, try to return to this step by verifying the correctness of the photo or using another document.

13. Read the instructions to complete video verification and click Continue, then allow access to the device's camera.

14. Make the displayed on-screen head movements to confirm that you are a real person.

After successful completion, you will be notified that your profile verification is complete.

15. Go back to the verification page in the app and click to Confirm address.

16. Upload the document and click Continue.

We recommend using a pdf-document of your bank statement if it shows your address.

17. After the document is processed, the address will be confirmed and the verification procedure will be completed.

If after the document verification is complete, the verification service reports that the address verification failed, try to return to this step by verifying the correctness of the document or using another address verification.
