Sometimes an incoming deposit may be temporarily locked for an additional review as part of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
This is a standard security procedure designed to protect users and prevent illegal operations.
❓ Why a deposit may be suspended
Main reasons:
the transaction came from an address or wallet associated with high-risk sources;
the amount or source of funds requires clarification under AML requirements;
the system automatically identified the operation as potentially suspicious.
❓ What should I do if I receive a high-risk deposit?
If a high-risk deposit is received on your account, account activity may be temporarily suspended until the review is completed.
To complete the review:
Follow the instructions in the notification you received in Crypto Bot when the suspended deposit arrived.
Complete identity verification, if you have not done so yet.
Confirm the source of funds – if necessary, provide supporting documents such as a bank statement, agreement, receipt, or similar documents.
You can also contact support yourself and provide an explanation of the source of funds to help speed up the review.
❓ What happens to the funds?
Funds received as part of such a transaction remain in the account without being credited to the balance until the review is completed, the source of funds is confirmed, and all required documents are provided.
After the review:
if the source of funds is confirmed, but the operation is classified as high-risk, the deposit will be rejected and you will be given the option to withdraw the funds to an external wallet;
if the source of funds is not confirmed, the service may refuse to process the operation in accordance with AML requirements.
The deposit address that received the funds can no longer be used. For new deposits, use a new address, which will be updated in the wallet automatically. During the review, account operations may be temporarily restricted.
Why the review is carried out
Source of funds review is carried out to protect users and comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.
Even if you use the service in good faith, the system is required to stop and review any operation that appears suspicious or comes from a high-risk address.
This review helps prevent the service from being used for illegal purposes and keeps it safe for all users.
