When it may be requested
The transaction is linked to addresses or counterparties marked as high-risk.
The deposit amount significantly exceeds the user’s usual activity.
An enhanced security review is being carried out.
The user requests a refund after their account has been frozen.
What documents may be required
Bank statements.
Income certificates.
Agreements or other documents confirming the origin of assets.
Other documents requested by the security team.
⚠️ If you receive such a request, follow the instructions in the notification in Crypto Bot and provide the requested documents. After that, contact support – your request will be forwarded for review.
Refusing to provide documents or providing false information may result in operation restrictions or denial of service.
