To set up a PIN code, open the application and go to "Settings" by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner.
In the "Security" section, enter your desired PIN code and add a backup email. Backup email is needed for recovery capability, in case you forget your PIN code.
You can also configure transaction confirmation using biometrics - Face ID or Touch ID.
Setting a PIN code is mandatory for creating withdrawals. This is necessary to secure your funds from intruders in case they gain access to your Telegram account.
1. Select Open in App.
2. Select ⚙️Settings by tapping the three ⋮ dots on the app tab.
3. Select the Security section.
4. Select Set Up Passcode.
5. Enter the 4-digit code. Then enter the code again to confirm it.
⚠️ Never save your passcode on the device where you are using Crypto Bot, or in any messages or notes inside Telegram. Also, never share it with others or enter it in any third-party bots or websites.
After entering your password, enter your backup email. It will help you restore access if you forget the passcode.
⚠️Make sure you use a personal email account and that it will be available to receive code emails to confirm code-password reset in the future.
In the e-mail received from Crypto Bot ([email protected]) to the specified mail, copy the code for backup mail confirmation and specify it in the next step of mail confirmation.
Go to @CryptoBot to confirm the code-password setting.
You can also set up transaction confirmation using biometrics: Face ID or Touch ID, instead of entering a numeric password.
To do this, open the Crypto Bot app on your mobile device and go to Settings by tapping the three dots in the top right corner.
Then select Security and activate the Biometrics option.
