Law Enforcement Request Processing Policy

Instructions for law enforcement officers

Submission Channel

All requests from law enforcement and governmental authorities must be sent exclusively to: [email protected]

Requests submitted from public email services (including Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, ProtonMail, etc.) will not be reviewed.


Email Subject Requirements

The email subject line must contain the request, case, or proceeding number.

Requests without a reference number in the subject line will not be processed.

Format:

Request No. [NUMBER] – [REQUEST TYPE]

Examples:

  • Request No. 2026-15489 – Information Disclosure

  • Request No. 8841 – Account Freeze


Required Documents and Verification

Each request must include:

  • an official request on the agency’s letterhead (PDF with signature and stamp);

  • an editable copy of the request (.doc / .docx);

  • all identifiers in copyable text format (screenshots are not accepted);

  • an alternative email address for correspondence that can receive emails from external domains;

  • a mandatory identification document of the requesting officer containing a photo and full name.

Requests submitted without an officer identification document will not be reviewed.

After receiving the officer’s identification document containing a photo, full name, and other identifying information, Crypto Bot may require additional identity verification via Sumsub.

Completion of such verification is a mandatory condition for further processing of the request.


Data Requirements and Processing Procedure

The request must contain sufficient information to identify the subject of the request, including:

  • Telegram user ID;

  • email address / phone number;

  • wallet addresses / TXID;

  • other identifiers and case description.

Requests without specific identifiers will not be processed.

  • Processing time: up to 14 calendar days

  • Temporary asset freeze may be applied for up to 60 calendar days

  • Unless a non-disclosure requirement is explicitly stated in the request, the user may be notified about the request and any actions taken.
